Drawing on extensive experience gained over many decades and thousands of contracts worth billions of dollars, Affinity Institute will share best practices to set your project up for success. This presentation will address bidding and tendering, selecting and drafting your contract, dealing with the most common issues and changes to the contract, terminating the contract, and using alternative dispute resolution to resolve disputes if and when they arise. You will come away with the skills necessary to confidently navigate your way through construction contracts and any complications that may arise.
