Heritage Projects: From Idea to Completion

From research and planning to hiring the right people, a heritage project is a unique building project. Learn from an architect and a contractor what you need to prepare and plan for a heritage project and how to carry that through on site, from small restorations to HRA’s. From purchase through planning and working with the City, to working with trades and unexpected surprises on site, this workshop will go from idea to shovels in the ground, and will provide time for Q&A. This course will be of interest to both homeowners and professionals in the building industry, including contractors, architects, trades and planners.
