Course Offering: Blueprint for Business

So you finally have the Architect AIBC title after your name and are itching to hang out your shingle for all those potential clients soon to be pounding at your door. Okay, the shingle is up … now what? Have we got a course for you. Blueprint for Business will walk you through the A-to-Z of business planning for architects, from your professional obligations to the forms of practice available to you. It will alert you to some fundamental issues and opportunities, from both the professional and business points of view, that merit your attention both before and after setting up shop. For those who have already established a firm but may have forgotten what the excitement was all about, this is a perfect refresher course. Your enthusiasm will be renewed. This full-day course takes place Thursday, May 23, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the AIBC offices.
