New Vancouver Community College Courses: City of Vancouver Zoning and Bylaws

Starting this fall, Vancouver Community College will be offering a series of courses related to the City of Vancouver’s Zoning and Bylaws.

This comprehensive program examines the City of Vancouver’s Zoning and Development by-laws including residential, commercial and industrial district schedules. Gain working knowledge of various district schedules and understand the requirements and acceptance of applications for development permits. These courses are of value to builders, architects, contractors, realtors, homeowners, design professionals and technologists who deal with the development and construction industries in the City of Vancouver. Courses are offered on a rotating basis each term. Courses are taught by Martin Chee, a City of Vancouver employee with vast experience and training in the zoning and bylaw processes at the City.
