Annual Meeting and Special Meeting on May 12

A reminder that the AIBC’s 2012 Annual Meeting takes place Saturday, May 12 at the BCIT Downtown Campus, 555 Seymour Street, Vancouver. The meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. with registration starting at 12:30 p.m.. The meeting package, including agenda, draft minutes from the 2011 Annual Meeting, Honorary Membership nominee, President’s Report, Auditor’s Report and proposed bylaw amendments, will be mailed directly to all members. Prior to the annual meeting will be a Special Meeting of the AIBC in response to a members’ petition, as previously announced.
