AIA Home Design Trends Survey

Results from the American Institute of Architects’ Home Design Trends Survey for the third quarter of 2010 reflect a new emphasis on multigenerational homes in light of the slowed housing market throughout most of the United States. Emphasis has shifted from large-scale developments to infill projects that address transportation and commercial needs.
